USBGF seeks technical advice for streaming video and audio

We could use some technical advice. This is the first time we are doing this. Matt is leaving for MC later today an is the one who will be handling it from there.

Here are the questions we have:

1. For MC, we have contracted with Livestream to use one of their channels for the video. We are contracting with Primco for an audio channel. The audio will be coming from the U.S. for the preliminary rounds. MC matches start as early as 1pm or 2pm which is early morning in the U.S. Can we record video and audio for playback later on without involving Livestream or Primco? If yes, how? We would like to air the match live and then later on repeat the recorded match.

2. Will streaming the video and audio throught the one computer Matt uses cause any issues in terms of quality of viewing and listening?

If there are any other issues we should be aware of please let us know. Matt does have access to the technical support of these companies but we thought that some of you might have some good advice.
