XG2: Where are the hits * ?

I recently exported a match to JellyFish as I needed a text printout of a match for an article I am writing for my magazine. When opened as a text file there wasn't one indication of any hits. Nowhere was * to be found which is the accepted notation for a hit.

Why is this?
