backgammon lessons study guides

I have a suggestion about backgammon lessons. Some of us including me are unable to afford online lessons. There are quite a few out there willing to teach online and they are excellent at what they do. However as I said in my case I cannot afford weekly or monthly lessons even making payments.So what I suggest is if the lesson materials or study guides could be offered at a reasonable cost for those of us unable to take online lessons. The lessons could be done like correspondence schools with the student getting various downloads or mailings of various aspects of backgammon inluding backgames blitzes evaluating positions etc and then quizzes sent out and then graded. I do not know wether this would be both ideal for the student and the teacher.Also wether it would be more affordable for people like me. Just an idea.The lessons would be on a bimonthly basis or whatever is ideal for the teacher and student. Comments?
