How well must you know him to refer him?

Is it enough to know his name?

Is it enough to have played a match against him?

What if I have played 2 matches against him?

Or 5 matches?

What if I have just exchanged some ideas on some random backgammon internet forum with the guy?

Does it matter how well he plays?

Would you refer a player like Wilcox Snellings to GG? (I doubt you know him, though you may have read his name on some silly lists)

Is it the intention to limit GG to a few players or to try to grow the level of activity?
