recube vig

I know how to calculate the raw take point. I know how to calculate the gammon price and adjust the take point accordingly.
I don't know how to factor in the recube vig (how much the value of the cube ownership lowers the take point).
So my question is this: How to adjust the TP, taking into account the recube vig?
I reckon some positions give you more opportunities to recube than others. So I assume that these positions would have a higher recube vig which needs to be factored into the take point calculation.
How much recube vig in a long race?
In a short race?
In a blitz?
In a holding game?
In a back game?
In a prime?
I imagine that the holding game will yild the smallest amount of recube vig since your race is usually crap so you have to hit a shot which will usually be a market loser so you don't get much chance of recubing in.
I imagine that the blitzes should give you great recube vig since you often win a lot of games when you survive the initial blitz. I also imagine that the backgames should give you some chances of recubing in.
