If we lift the spare on 8, we'll have 61 and 63 as bad rolls next turn. XG is also starting to feel the pressure now, and can not hold on to her position much longer, so I'd like to keep the spare on the 8, which essentially buys us another safe roll. Then maybe XG leaves the midpoint before us.
