If Blue doubles now, White should pass. Double/Pass wins 1 point per game. That's the "+1.000." "No Double +0.908" means that if Blue does not double now Blue can expect to win an average of 0.908 points per game. That's less than the 1 point Blue can win by doubling now -- "-0.092" worse. The reason your equity is less if you don't double now is that while most 2-roll sequences (Blue's roll and White's reply) still give Blue a correct double/pass, some sequences allow White to take, and some are so good for White that Blue will not have a correct double next roll.
