PR, Error Rate and mEMG

I often read about PR and I guess it is some sort of Error Rate measured by a bot, probably XG.

Since I'm stingy and therefore I use GNUBG, I get matches evaluated by two different metrics:
- GNU Error Rate mEMG, which is errors / unforced decisions * 1000
- Snowie Error Rate, which is errors / all moves * 1000

I would like to know what the definition of PR is, whether it is based on actual (unforced) decisions and how it is comparable to GNU Error Rate mEMG or the old deprecated Snowie Error Rate.
