stats on jokers/anti-jokers anyone?

This question came up at a symposium on Sunday. Has anyone here figured out the stats on this? Are there any? Is it particular to the situation? (e.g. rolling a sydney from the bar and hitting is still only 2/36?)

Various players came up with various stats although no-one seemed to have any idea really. I certainly didn't. Mentioned were 1/54 (?), 1/50 (??), 1/36 etc.

Or am I just wasting time coz it's Tuesday and I'm bored? :)
