Hi all.

Just arrived on this forum and had a question about GammonEmpire and variance.

I have been a profiting player at several sites with ratings somewhere around the 1800 level at all the sites.

I just joined Gammon Empire and have not been able to get past 1600 due to some incredibly awful beats.

I have about 70 sessions worth of data and the GNU backgammon program and it shows my "luck" at 0.6834% while my opponent's "luck" is at +20.1997%.

I am wondering if anyone has played at Gammon Empire and has seen this kind of madness?
