Tech Question Re New-Fangled Touch-Screen No-Mouse Laptop

I am trying to learn to deal with a new touch-screen laptop that does not have a mouse. The operating system is Windows-based. Touching the screen is the equivalent of doing a left click with a mouse. I cannot figure out how to do the equivalent of a right click.

In particular, when using XG, I can set up my own checkers on the board, which is done with a left click if you have a mouse. However, I cannot figure out how to move my opponent's checkers on and off the board on the touch screen that does not have a mouse.
