Recording by hand and entering later: just too slow, experience says

Experience from the Oslo Open 2011, http://www.nbgf.no/index.php?newsId=2043, suggests that recording matches by hand and entering them into the computer later is just too slow. In two days, they only managed to play 5 rounds Swiss of 5-point matches, even though there were 4 laptops and only 16 players.

How long did it take them? Say a match lasted two hours, how long was the input time?
