OT Football, Chuck, I need you!

There has not been much discussion on football this year, but the Monday Night Football game left me scratching my head.
Leading 9-7 with 1:48 to go in the game, the Jaguars, on 4th and 6 from the Ravens 33, attempted a 51 yard field goal. The Ravens had no time-outs remaining. This seemed like a terrible decision, even if they have an excellent kicker.
Up to that point, the Ravens had about 146 yards of offense in the game and had not completed a pass over 20 yards. It seemed clearly right to punt the ball or go for a game ending first-down. I think I would have punted, but I would like to know what Zeus says the chances of the Jaguars winning were if they; (1) went for the field goal; (2)punted: (3)went for the first down.
I am not sure if you can include Baltimore's ability to block kicks-is that real or just my perception?
