OT: Greatest Probability Problem?

I don't see any clause that restricts the random choice answer to a member of {d,c,b,a}. So what is the question? If there is no question posed can there be an answer? (The death of causality.) If there is a question we seem to be free to choose whichever one we prefer and answer it any way we like. What color was Schrödinger's cat?
