DQR suggestion

Daily Quiz 10/17, Number 1. It appears that 13/7(2) is considerably better than 6/3(2) 5/2(2) but I don't really see why.

I should say that I hesitated to suggest this one because I'm not sure it's that "useful" a position to master. In other words, I won't be disappointed if this one is omitted, but if there is a general principle to be learned here, I'd be curious to hear it.
