I'm with those who say that the answer is 0%.
Do you mean: if the chance of answering correctly is 25%, than 50% is our chance of answering correctly. So 25% can't be right, since the chance of randomly choosing 25% is 50%. And if the chance of answering correctly is 50%, then 25% is our chance of answering correctly, so 50% can't be right, either, since the chance of randomly choosing 50% is 25%. Therefore, the problem is unsolvable. But if it's unsolvable, then our chance of answering correctly is 0%.
If I've understood that much correctly, I may be ready to move on to:
