Next Group Lesson - Sunday Nov. 6th

I'm not sure if I'll do a full on re-recording as I did last time. One of the main reasons I re-recorded the last lesson was because how long it went without neatly compacting the most important information I wanted to squeeze in the lesson. This time I hope to avoid that and have no need for the re-record.

The original lesson I give should be available for distribution just like last time.
