"4.6 PREMATURE ACTIONS. The opponent of a player who rolls prematurely shall complete his turn and then either let the premature roll stand or require a reroll. "

Instead of the simple scenario of player B just prematurely picking up the dice, assume he picks up the dice and rolls before A has ended his turn. My suggestion is to treat picking up the dice prematurely the same as rolling prematurely.
