Christian, perhaps you haven't been paying any attention to the posts I've made about using MWC difference rather than PR to measure this kind of thing?

Here's Maik Stiebler's mathematical explanation of why MWC difference correctly measures, on average, the advantage that Player A has over Player B, regardless of what their PR's are.

I gave some further (less technical) explanation in this post.

The short answer to your question is that it is absolutely true that PR is not the right way to measure how well Player A performs against Player B. The right way is to sum up all your errors, measured in MWC, and subtract all your opponent's errors, measured in MWC.
