Why playing online is so expensive?

Hello,I did play profitably for years on play65 and party gammon, unfortunately lately, there is no action anymore on PG, and on play65, they change managing director, worsening everything. There are many players that disconnect or stop play, because they think, you will double...and they dont receive a penalty for that. I mean it is a mess. Other sites are even worse...Moreover, you pay from 3-4% rake to 15-20% It is absurd. Somebody, in this blog, calculated, you need 56% to breakeven. This year, I got 3000eur net, and paid 12000 in commission at play65. It is like, working for them, but in the meantime, risking my money. I think it would be great, if somebody, like Stick or Phil, or Chiva will run a new site, with commissions at 3% on top, and experience and fairplay; the right team, at the right site
