1.) I think it's best to keep running with 24/16. We need to save the gammon and we can always cover the ace point later if need be. I don't think it would be terrible for White to hit us on the ace point anyway as it recirculates that checker and maybe White will be forced to leave a blot if he's stuck.

2.) Despite the score I'd say this is a redouble. Because of the score I'd say it's a take.

3.) The take is not in question I believe. We have both 5-points, we're ahead in the race, we have a 3-point board to White's 1-point board, and we're threatening to hit on the 9. I guess it's a double/take. After writing all that I'm not positive about the take now. This blasted game!
