Greedy bearoff question

Didn't read the earlier thread. Not counting to the total positions those with only one play explains a lot. If position is gin even if current roll is misplayed does it also count to the total? I don't know what order your program is going through the positions but for one side having a large pipcount that may add to the total with no incorrect greedy bearoffs. For a percentage it should be 36 rolls instead of 21.
