xxx-66B-xxx-21 covers a lot of positions. Spotlighting the most meaningful difference in the two fourth-roll positions you cited, I'd say a good rule of thumb is that P is typically right against an anchor (and the more advanced the anchor the righter it is) but typically wrong against split back checkers. (Obviously, this doesn't apply if one of those checkers is on your 5pt.)
Example: For your 21S-66B-21@-21 position, change the position by 1 pip (or 2 pips, or 3 pips), so that the back checkers are split on the 23pt and 22pt (or 24pt + 22pt, or 24pt + 23pt) instead of being anchored on the 22pt. According to XGR++ eval, P changes from right by .040 to wrong by .023 (or .030 or .063), a swing of .063 (or .070 or .103).
If Opp has a second point in her board, xxx-66B-xxx-21P is usually wrong even against a 24pt anchor.
