63, moneygame: attack or escape? (Part I)

Well, I have huge difficulties with the right balance between playing save or aggressive when performing a blitz (besides a lot of other checkerplay problems). What is the right play here? More often than not, the bots say: hit lose! nail him down! don't let him anchor!

Once you adopt to that style, they seem to change their mind. From time to time, they say: DING! DING! don't waste your racing lead! look at his good board over there! DING! don't commit too much to a blitz...

Well, I hate this game!
