3) Download Speed isn't a good measure of Streaming performance. Latency can still be an issue with long distance connections. The primary Ustream servers are located on the west coast of the US. As well, traffic shaping by ISP's and routers can degrade stream performance especially during peak hours.

Ok, maybe it was latency then, as I'm not the only European who had the problem (but it seems I had much bigger (latency) problem than other guys).
