Perhaps just letting White roll with 22/11 is best since it is only 5 shots and loses fewer G's than hitting and leaves some bad non escaping rolls like 52, however hitting should win more games and G's and I think can result in some juicy cube turns.

After hitting 22/16 is MUCH MUCH better than 13/7 which leaves 4 new shots that hit and escape. 22/16 also gives White some sick entry rolls to open a new direct shot and give Blue a strong cube.

8/3x 22/16 with a slight preference to running and a big preference to 8/3x 13/7 which looks like a Whopper.
