I think some of the cubes are likely to be so silly that DATW should not be considered legal play. DATW also seems to be a form of collusion.

Maybe rules should explicitly state that all participants should play to the best of their ability, and that a director can propose sanctions in case one or more players do not follow this principle. (I assume that this is already in the rules somewhere)
