In Response To: Proposal for a practical rule (Michael Petch)

Any sort of agreement like this would be considered collusion, even if the players are otherwise playing to win. Sure, you can't ban a player from doubling after the first roll, but the problem here isn't the double - it's the advance agreement to do so.
