OT: Major UK bookmakers

I am planning to keep track of my favorite sports teams' chances of winning their respective championships by keeping a tab on their odds (as opposed to using power indexes, sportswriters rankings and the like).

Since odds vary sometimes among bookmakers, I need 3 to 5 good ones, from which I will take the median values.

Betting is legal in the UK, so will use UK bookmakers.

Which are the major UK bookmakers, besides Ladbrokes and William Hill?
