Interesting to get acquainted. Your strength is impressive. Seems you are Bulgarian. When I get to know you, I am going to voucher for you.
The problem with GE as with many BG sites is they act like slot machines. In this case it is a gambling industry and of course governments are to tax them accordingly; thus imposing a prohibitive burden on PLAYING. If we ourselves treat our game as a sport (a sport can be a professional source of income but not necessarily gambling), we have a case to require to be treated as a normal sport and have only annual NET INCOME taxed both on players and corporate facilitating businesses.
If both sites and players act honestly:
Players play with their names, clubs, etc. attested and available to all competitors; sites charging a reasonable fee and making play transparent - there would be no such cases.
In this case - the gambling provider keeps the money before the gambler proves his identity. It is a pity there is no world (or country) organization to facilitate transparent play for money (head to head, chouettes, tournaments).
Our legal minds could, perhaps, help the BG community make progress.
