You can take screen shots from XG positions and print the screen shots from your computer to photo paper and affix a label on the back to give the answer along with your comments. I've made a few thousand of those. I've detailed my technique at http://home.roadrunner.com/~kenlarsen/flashcards.htm

Note: I haven't updated this page since I purchased XG, but you get the idea.
