1. All indicators point to bold play, so 5/3* 5/1* must be a good move, especially with the cube already turned. Leaving 4 blots and destroying a so nice board makes me also consider the "quiet" alternative 10/4.
2. 6s (also indirect) cover, 4s escape, except 41. Bad rolls are 41, 21, 31, 32, 52, 53 and 55, which can make for a take, especially at this score (where I'm too lazy to calculate take points). D/T
3. With the 9pt made, a stronger board and a huge race advantage, Blue may be able to afford the bold "pure" play 15/13 5/4, that triplicates 1s. With 7 points made (TMP) and tha acepoint already in place, 7/6 7/5 is also constructive.
