Playing a Tricky 22 at Gammon Go, 4pt or 20pt?

(1) Cube action before the roll?

(2) How should 22 be played at the score indicated below?

(3) How should 22 be played for money?

(4) Why did I say "Gammon Go" in the subject line when the score is actually -2-4?
