XG and a D/T?

I couldn't understand a take in this position. According to XG this was huge take until I did a ++ then 3ply analysis & even then showed it to be a slight D/T. After running it thru GNU I see now it's a huge D/P. I'd like to hear from others, who understand this game a lot better I, how XG could consider this a D/T.
