Make 5pt or 24/20* With 4th Roll 31?

This postion came up in a game in which the score was essentially DMP. I quickly hit but XG did not like the play.

What is the best way to play 31 for Money, at DMP, GG and GS?

Hope to post rollout results in roughly 24 hours, if I live that long.
