Variant I played when younger

I used to play a backgammon variant with my family with the following differences: 1. All checkers start off the board 2. Bearing off is done by exact roll, but you can do so at any time, even if not all of your pieces are home. 3. If a piece is captured, you do not have to reenter it immediately. Does anyone know the name of this variant, if it even has one?
