EMG math

at score -3,-2 my opp has a take by 4% (he has 29%, takepoint is 25%). XG says the emg on the take is 0.650, or a 0.350 take.

In money game, if you have take by 4%, for instance your actual tp is 21% and you have 25% chances, you have a 0.840 take or a take by 0.160

Similar margin, wildly different emg values. What is the reason for this, isn't emg supposed to be a normalized measure of decisions regardless of scores more or less.
