USBGF Memberships - Premium or Limited

As a non-US bg'er I'm quite interested in the USBGF assets on the web but unlikely to be take advantage of playing in the league or attending any live events of any type.

With regard to web access and online functions is the Limited membership equivalent to the premium membership?

It looks like limited members do no have access to the magazine. Is this true?

Is anyone here with a limited membership able to comment?
