1. This looks pretty grim for White. Her assets are: (a) a big board advantage, which inhibits Blue from slotting or attacking freely, and (b) a slight race lead, which will be useful if she can make an advanced anchor and escape a checker before crunching. I don't like it though and would pass. D/P.

2. There's some danger that Blue's blot will get attacked, and making the 3pt will provide some protection against that. Alternatively Blue can just play the normal-looking 13/7 and try to make his points in order. I'll try making the 3pt.

3. Do we hit? If we do then I think 20/15 8/4* is the move, leaving no extra blots around. The alternative seems to be 15/11 8/3, leaving 6 shots instead of 14. Eight extra shots against a four-point board seems rather a lot, even with our anchor, but 15/11 8/3 seems kind of weak too. Not sure, but I guess I wimp out with 15/11 8/3.
