inconsistent rollouts

It is possible, but very unlikely, that a different MET was used.

The time stamps on both files are 2012. So, I don't believe that an earlier version was used. In fact, I suspect that both rollouts came from a single initial file. I'm guessing I copied one to a completed folder while forgetting to remove it from a rollout pending folder.
