Hello,

I have decided that all matches that would not have been played before the end of october would be consider as a loss for both player.
If you don't have any answer from your opponent to plan your match, fell free to ask me a forfeit before the end of this month.
I have already dropped some players and made some new pairments to try to complete the 2 first rounds. But, be sure that it isn't actually a pleasure for me to try to continue this tourney, but I try for those who want to play.
