to better cater to some bad high roll sequences next turn and later.

... like 64 55 54, perhaps some others.

Also, although (1) slotting the point in front of the prime and (2) keeping all checkers in play are usually routine guidelines, it's not all that unusual in prime rolling, I'd say, to dump a checker (as here, 4/2 13/7) in order to keep the other 14 playing well. Something to watch out for.
