Backgammon Proficiency Exam

Problems look interesting (and some of them tough), but I would prefer to have them all in 1 file so I could print them out and try to solve them as all other participants did (in 1 hour).
Do you have the original file which you printed out for people to solve? I'd even be happy to pay for it, if accompanied with solutions (and maybe even short explanation for every problem, but it doesn't matter). I am sure many other people would also like to find out how they compare to others.
