This sounds interesting. I have some questions though.

Did you consider using MWC difference or variance reduced results instead of looking at PRs which come with many flaws?

What happens if PR (or whatever ends up getting used) is tied?

This is potentially a very long tournament. If it gets 32 players as you hope for (or even 18 players making it a 32 player bracket) a player might need to play ten 11 point matches (and maybe then additional sudden death matches of smaller length). Is there time for that?
