I would need all the details before I considered entering something like this. I realize now you're trying to get feedback but there's so much up in the air still I kind of shrug my shoulders and say to myself 'guess we'll see'. Are these matches clocked? If they are clocked and matches are allowed to be played on a computer are the time settings any different? Are you going to 'force' anyone to play on a computer? I doubt you are but you also need enough personnel available and able to input a match while players are playing that it could crop up. If it does and you force to players to play on a computer how is it decided who has to play upside down? Will these matches be legal moves? (because if you play on a computer you are playing legal moves anyway and since it is being recorded it's such a pain in the ass if someone makes an illegal play to stop the presses and fix it)

As with scores in all matches, cumulative PRs will also be announced and posted at the conclusion of each game within a PR-based match

I'm with Neil, puke. Just for once someone take my word for it and don't make me try to fumble through a dissertation on why it's vomitous.

Will we begin to resolve the longstanding argument of who is the best overall player?

No, but I realize you're trying to promote so ;-) I still have more questions but I need a lot of these and other questions already posted to take form before I ask them. You have plenty of time to figure out what's best, gl.
