GNUbg "Proper cube action . . . (??.?%)"

I may have asked this before, but could not locate the thread, so please excuse my asking again.

GNUbg analysis of a position lists a line that goes something like this:

Proper cube action: No double, take (23.9%) Proper cube action: Too good to double, pass (7.2%) Proper cube action: No redouble, take (53.0%)

What do the percent figures in parenthesis mean?
