Assuming you were actually UTG and bet first, and assuming no prior knowledge of the players -

Your 5BB raise was reasonable for AKo being first to bet, thought your call of the raise to $30 was fine. I would likely assume that the raise was a pair of some sort from the BB. Probably a pair of J's or Q's (Pocket A's or K's I think I would have raised more). On the flop, I'd be seriously considering a strong fold in your shoes. Wouldn't have been surprised if player 1 had a K and high kicker (probably a queen to make the original call) and player 2 likely had flopped his set.

Had they been loose aggressive might be a different story, but in this case I would play tight and fold the hand.
