For me, unless I knew I had 2 donks in the blinds playing loose, I'd probably assume one of them isn't a complete donk. I'd likely be cautious about the BB. I assume he's got a pair even before I see the flop. I would air on the side of caution and fold with the KQ on the board. If both were donks playing real loose and pushing some bad continuations bets then I'd consider the call. To me, you've made a hand, but their range to call and raise means they either have something or they have nothing and its a bluff. I would fold it if I didn't have enough information, or I couldn't read any tells at the table.
