Americans Attending Monte Carlo 2012

I sent out a mass email to some of the Americans I know have went to MC in the past couple/few years to try to get an estimate of how well we'd be represented this year. Here are the replies I have for anyone that might be interested.

  • Ray Fogerlund - Would like to but no plans yet.
  • Alan/Joan Grunwald - Still to be determined.
  • Ed O'Laughlin - No.
  • Gary Bauer - No.
  • Paul Weaver - Yes.
  • Wacky Taffy (Bob Wachtel) - Highly probable.
  • Jake Jacobs - No.
  • Stick - Doubtful.
  • MCG - Likely.
  • Falafel - Come on, it's a joke...of course
  • UBK (Bob Koca) - Very unlikely.

I included others in the email who have yet to respond, most notably Neil. There are also a lot of people I didn't include because I know they aren't going so if you have a specific person in mind you're wondering about, ask. If you are or know of any other Americans who will be attending please add to the list. It looks like we'll have 5 'known' Americans attending from my list. That doesn't seem like too good of a representation to me nor does it point toward an upswing in MC after all these years of constantly declining attendance.
