Blue is already behind in the race and has a decent anchor. Gammons don't matter. I'd try the banana split play 3/2* and then either bring one down from the midpoint to serve as a builder or safety the blot on the 18.

Not sure which is better, but I'm leaning towards 18/13, so I'll go with that.
